Description
Xing Yang is a high-mountain, located in East-China; it has a long history of green tea production.
We brought two similar green teas from this region so that we can compare them — a really interesting experience. The main deiffernece is the sea level, and the ratio of tips and leaves.
Xin Yang Mao Jian is one of the ten most sought after Chinese green teas.
It has a mellow, sweet taste with a pronounced green character. Notes of fresh grass, green bean and a hint of chestnut. With its relatively high caffeine content it energizes the body and gently warms you up.
Preparing Instructions:
Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 180ml.
Water temperature: 75-80ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 8-10 seconds
Infusions: 5-6
