Gutian Old Field Green is a high quality green tea from Gutian (古田, old field) county, located in Northeast Fujian Province.

The tea’s primal taste profile is characterised by a light greenness, which lingering in the mouth slowly turns into a smooth, creamy aftertaste. The leaves, both dry and wet, are redolent of a charming, flowery sweetness.

Our teamakers have a small tea field in the southern regions. There the old, now semi-wild bushes, were plated in 1969.

Preparing Instructions:

Quantity: 5 gram per 150ml.
Water temperature: 75-80ºC. From fresh, cold spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 5-10…seconds
Infusions: 3-4
