Xing Ren Xiang is a light-roasted dancong from the Phoenix Mountains.
It has an outstandingly flowery fragrance, mixed with notes of chocolate and roasted vegetables. As for its taste, there is a dominant flavour of hazelnut and almond, hence the name, Xing Ren Xiang, that is almond incense. The tea has a sweet, silky, long-lasting aftertaste, and quite strong chaqi: it vitalises the whole body.
The well-known phoenix oolongs are famous for their impressive fragrance and long-lasting, round, creamy flavour.
