Our beautifully glazed chawans (茶碗, matcha bowl) are the result of another collaborative project with the local potter, Tünde Ruzicska .
Preparation: Mix 2 grams of matcha powder and 80ml 75-80C water with a bamboo chasen (tea whisk).
