The idea came when our friend, chocolate master approached us with the idea to make some tea-related chocolates. We discussed different options, finally, we have agreed on two different flavors.This Matcha bar was the first in the row. We were sure we wanted to use dark chocolate for the base, smooth and soft mid-bitter one which arrived from Belgium.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), glucose syrup, honey, matcha powder. Cocoa solid content min.: 60%. It may contain milk protein, gluten, lactose, and nuts.
