Rich notes of cocoa powder and honey
Smaller-cut leaves
Perfect as a breakfast brew

Elevation:
1600-1800 meters

This teas leaves have been cut, which allows the rich notes of cocoa and chocolate to infuse into the drink even quicker.

This Nepali tea comes from an organic tea garden, located far in the Himalayas around 1800 meters above sea level.

This tea is the "little brother" of our Himalayan Imperial Black, which we aslo highly recommend.

Dry leaves: Cocoa powder sprinkled on oaty biscuits with the aroma of lilac and honeysuckle.

Wet leaves: Floral elegance mixed with the aroma of stone fruits and rounded out with a hint of brown butter and pepper spiceiness.

Taste: This superior black tea has a unique lemon crispiness, which will touch the front of your tongue, while the back of your tongue will enjoy the harmonious mix of cocoa powder and honey. The lingering aftertaste is of fermented sourdough. As the tea progresses, you will get to enjoy more cocoa notes mixed with a hint of citrus. In subsequent infusions, this tea will elegantly transition from cocoa powder robustness to a light citrus crispiness and end with an elegant lilac floralness.

Quantity: 5 grams per 150ml
Water temperature: 85-90ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 10-15… seconds
Infusions: 4-6
