Himalayan Evergreen is a elegant green tea with lightly-baked, buttery notes. Round, energizing, uplifting and yet relaxing. Flowery and fragrant tea. The lower temperature brings out the flowery notes. This particular green tea from our experience matures very well, hence the name evergreen.
Worth trying in cold-brew also. 12-15 g in 1 liter cold water, overnight 12-15 hours in the fridge.
