# nepal

This is a special green tea made from legacy Japanese tea plants transplanted from Shiiba Village in Miyazaki, Japan, to the high altitudes of Nepal in the Himalayas. This tea has the refined flavor points of Japanese green teas perfectly merged with a wild spirit coming from the mighty Himalayas.

Dry leaves: Roasted almonds, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers.

Wet leaves: Fresh green beans, dried tomatoes, and tomato vine with hints of sunflower and sesame seed nutiness. The smell evokes the feeling of looking out of a farmhouse window on a spring evening.

Taste: Sweet almonds, green peas, Turkish honey, and potato sugar sweetness gently deviating to a slight black pepper spiciness.

This tea delivers a strong headfeel in the crown shakra, providing a contemplative calm perfect for writing poetry.

Quantity: 5-6 grams per 150ml
Water temperature: 80ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 15-20… seconds
Infusions: 5-6
