Age of the Tea trees:

This tea is a beautiful blend of leaves from two regions: Bada and Pasha. Bada provides the fragrance and aroma, while Pasha adds strength. It is rare in the world of artisan tea-making to blend teas from two regions in one brick. This is a very skilful combination.

The steamed aroma has light notes of honey, vanilla and tobacco. The 90-degree infusion has a sweet prune flavour with a touch of mango, tobacco and yangmei, a Yunnan red fruit. There is also a hint of beechwood smoke, reminiscent of whisky. It is smooth and elegant. The finish reveals hints of acacia honey and apricot with a slight bitterness. Consistent with 10+ infusions. Slowly arriving and all the more flowing.

Quantity: 6 gram per 150 ml.
Water temperature: 90-95ºC. From fresh, spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 15-20 seconds
Infusions: 10+
