Gua Feng Zhai - The wind blown fortress, is a small village inhabited by the Yao minority near the Laos border. From the village it takes another three to five hours to walk in the tropical rainforest to reach these valuable trees. The tea has a particularly strong chaqi, full-bodied, very fruity taste in the first few years and strong aroma. Made from sun-dried leaves entirely by hand, in small quantity, the tea is a real specialty, rarity. The excellent quality and strength of the tea is due to the unspoiled natural environment, the rich mineral content of the soil and the excellent spring waters of the countryside.
Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 150ml
Water temperature: 95ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water or filtered water
Brewing time: 10-12…seconds
Infusions: 10-12
