The tea was picked in 2023 Spring. They used traditional Dian Hong (Yunnan Black) technique to make it, with some sun drying involved.
In final taste and character this black ( or red tea in Chinese ) is between the sun dried Shai Hong ( 曬太陽 ／ 晒太阳 ）and Dian Hong （ 滇红 ).
