The 2025 vintage of the Da Xue Shan White Bing. This year there has been little rain, yields are lower and we can drink rich, deep, full-bodied teas.

Quantity: 1 cake for 150ml of water
Water temperature: 85ºC. preferably fresh spring water, mineral water or filtered water
Brewing time: 2 min, 10 min steaming, 1-1 min
Infusions:6-8

Suggestion:
Breaking the mini cake in two significantly speeds up the opening of the leaves and the release of flavours. Our recommended timing: 3 minutes first infusion → 2 minutes → 1 minute several times. In this way, richer, sweeter flavours can be achieved in a shorter time, up to 10 infusions.

On the other hand, you can make yourself comfortable in a beautiful spot and just take your time and spend it with the slow opening of the leaves. Enjoy the journey!
