Green tea, picked from trees of the first English plantations, 80-100 years old. Really interesting tea with pine, resin, and the power of the puer teas. They hand-picked the leaves in the early spring of 2021. As a result of the longer withering, the rustic, old-tree leaves softened and smoother tastes born. They make this tea organic, only in small quantities. We taste it with joy.
The calm smell of the leaves gives some pine, resin, and floweriness with perfumes. In the first pouring, we also find some basil and tomato. We soonly feel the puer-like effect of it, as the calm, awake presence comes. Later on, some citrus aroma appears with a bit of rhubarb. Due to the old bushes, this tea is a really strong one with good meditative effects.
Quantity: 5-6 grams per 150ml
Water temperature: 80ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 20 seconds
Infusions: 5-7 times
