Bi Shi Yan, 碧 石岩, Jade Stone Cliff.A designated area in the Wuyi Mountain, attributed with a unique character.

After years, the tea's vivid roasted notes recede slightly, become more mature, soft and complex.
Steamed aroma: mineral and spicy. It foams up a bit when first poured, thanks to ember roasting and minerality. It has a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, almost like a beef consomé and miso. From the second infusion on, buttered toast, berry jam, red onion chutney notes with a cognac-like aftertaste. After the fifth infusion just focus on your body sensation, your skin, your mood. It is definitely worth spending a good hour and a half, sipping and paying attention to the tea and the overall effect where it takes us.

Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 150ml.
Water temperature: 95ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time:15-30…seconds
Infusions: 6-8
