The 2024 mini-version of the 2023 DXS White Bing. In 2023, the leaves were harvested later and were wilted longer, giving the tea a browner colour and a honeyed tone. In the 2024 harvest they were able to harvest earlier, much smaller leaves, and the buds were not effected by rainfall. As a result, the leaves have white and green tones. The fragrance of the tea is fresher, reminiscent of the silver needles (Yin Zhen). The leaves are harvested from the higher elevations of the Da Xue Shan Mountain, using the buds and small leaves from the larger 300+ year old trees. A soothing, fresh floral tea.
Ready to drink now, and great for ageing as well.

Quantity: 1 cake for 150ml of water
Water temperature: 85ºC. preferably fresh spring water, mineral water or filtered water
Brewing time: 20 seconds
Infusions:4-5
