This tea is our returning champ for your everyday cup. A green tea with a creamy sweetness and nice fragrances of freshly-cut grass and crispy notes. The aftertaste is quite long with a joyful greenness.

Zhejiang province is located on the East Coast of China and has the perfect environment for tea production. For hundreds of years, green tea has been produced here. The most famous and precious one in the region is the Longjing, or dragon well style.

Steamed gaiwan: sweet, full bodied, tender green
"Like the beginning of summer - lush green."
1st brew for 15s: sweet sugar snap peas
"Like it wasn't infused with water - it has an oily, soupy texture."
2nd brew for 20s: soothing green, pine needle aftertaste, softly warming
3rd brew at 80 degrees for 30s: gentle brew, overall a very nice refreshing green tea

Quantity: 5-6 grams per 150ml.
Water temperature: 85ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 15-20…seconds
Infusions: 4-6

Cold brew:Quantity: 10-12 gram of tea per 1000 ml of water
Water temperature: 5ºC. Fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 10-15 hours in the fridge
