Using the traditional drying method of the Hungarian countryside, we put local dried fruits, pear, plum, sour cherry, nectarine chopped and mixed with elder flower into this blend. It is sweet and sour.
After infusing you'll get some stewed fruit, ready to eat. Even dry, you can snack on it, or use it as a topping.
It has no added sugar or preservatives.
ORAC level: 5729,75 μmol TE/100g is considerably high, the plum content makes it a great antidote too.
ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It's a lab test that attempts to quantify the "total antioxidant capacity" (TAC) of a food by placing a sample of the food in a test tube, along with certain molecules that generate free radical activity and certain other molecules that are vulnerable to oxidation.
