The idea came this Summer, when our friend Jackie approached us with the idea to make some tea related chocolates. We discussed different options, finally we have agreed 4 different flavours.
This Matcha bar was the first in the row. We were sure the we wanted to use dark chocolate for the base, smooth and soft mid-bitter one which arrived from Belgium.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass ,sugar ,cocoa butter ,emulsifier:soy lechitin), glucose syrup, honey, matcha powder. Cocoa solid content min.: 60%. It may contain milk protein, gluten, lactose and nuts.
