The idea came last Summer when our friend Jackie approached us with the idea to make some tea-related chocolates. We discussed different options, finally, we have agreed on 4 different flavors.
This Matcha bar was the first in the row. We were sure we wanted to use dark chocolate for the base, smooth and soft mid-bitter one which arrived from Belgium.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), glucose syrup, honey, matcha powder. Cocoa solid content min.: 60%. It may contain milk protein, gluten, lactose, and nuts.
