The idea came this Summer, when our friend Jackie, chocolate master approached us with the idea to make some tea related chocolates. We discussed different options, finally we have agreed 4 different flavours.
This Körte bodza bar was the second in the row. We were sure the we wanted to use dark chocolate for the base, smooth and soft mid-bitter one which arrived from Belgium.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass,sugar,cocoa butter,emulsifier:soy lecitin), fruit tea (pear, sour cherry, plum, nectarin, black elderberry flower).
It may contain milk protein, gluten, lactose and nuts.
Cocoa solid content min.: 60%
