Himalayan Pine from the amazing slopes of the Nepali side of the Himalaya. Thanks to the traditional Chinese/Taiwanese tea-making style we got a really flavorful tea; flowery and green notes with the sweeter crunchy, biscuit-like flavors. Pine resin, honey, woody notes, spinach, flowers. A really nice refreshing and dynamic green tea for starting the day. Worth trying in cold-brew also.
Every Nepali tea we have originates from the organic Jun Chiyabari tea garden, located in the Himalayas around 1800 meters above sea level. Due to this clear-out area in every tea there lies a deep elation.
