Description
Himalayan Evergreen is a lightsome green tea with lightly-baked, buttery notes. Round, energizing, and yet relaxing. Flowery and fragrant tea. The lower temperature brings out the flowery notes. This particular green tea from our experience matures very well, hence the name evergreen. Worth trying in cold-brew also.
Every Nepali tea we have originates from the organic Jun Chiyabari tea garden, located in the Himalayas around 1800 meters above sea level. Due to this clear-out area, in every tea, there lies a deep elation.
Preparing Instructions:
Quantity: 5-6 grams per 350ml
Water temperature: 80ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 15-20… seconds
Infusions: 5-6
