Flowery, fragrant white tea with nice citrus notes from the amazing slopes of the Himalayas. The First Flush teas are always produced in the early days of the spring harvest season. At this time of the year, the buds and leaves are really small, fresh, and tender, thus containing a lot of taste and aroma. We are really happy to tell you, that this energizing white tea was harvested on the very first day of the Nepali harvest, 2022.03.21. Try to make it as a cold brew also.

Every Nepali tea we have originates from the organic Jun Chiyabari tea garden, located in the Himalayas around 1800 meters above sea level. Due to this clear-out area, in every tea, there lies a deep elation.

Tasting notes:
Steamed gaiwan: alpine pasture, wildflowers
Tastes, feeling: gentle taste of grapefruit, jasmine, peach, and papaya. It has a pleasant energizing effect. We happily recommend it to every white tea lover.

Preparing Instructions:

Quantity: 5-6 grams per 150ml
Water temperature: 80-85ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 10-15… seconds
Infusions: 4-5

Cold-brew:

Quantity: 10-12 gram tea 1000 ml water
Water temperature: 5ºC. Fresh spring, mineral water, or filtered water
Brewing time: 10-15 hours in the fridge
