Description
Hubei Mountain Green is a refreshing green tea from the heart of China.
The tea is coming from an area, which has been deserted for decades. The bushes are living amongst the hills, far away from the cities. As a result, they have not seen any pesticides for the past few decades and so they are growing entirely naturally. What is more, it was specially plucked for us by villagers living nearby.
The tea is rich, invigoratingly green, and a little rustic due to the traditional craftsmanship. After several experiments, we recommend to brew at a lower temperature.
Tasting notes:
Pine, sugar peas, slight smoke in the lid.
Spinach, edamame notes, and a refreshing astringency turning into sweetness.
Preparing Instructions:
Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 150ml.
Water temperature: 75-80ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 15-20…seconds
Infusions: 4-5
