An exceptional, winter-harvest green tea from Taiwanese high-mountains. The first couple of infusions are characterised by the mixture of mild sweetness and creamy notes of butter. Later on a lively set of green vegetables appear—asparagus and spinach—with a fresh twist at the end.
This green tea was made of a cultivar, called Qing Xin (青心, green heart) used mainly for Oolong production. Thanks to the cultivar the tea is deep and complex. Its fragrance, as well as the long-lasting aftertaste, is full of flowers.
