Description
An early Spring picked tea coming from Fujian, Fuding, on the coasts of East China Sea.
Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹, white peony) is a white teas consisting both fresh, silver buds, and more mature, first and second small sizedark-green leaves.
Cultivars: Fuding Dabaicha and Fuding Dahaocha
It has a bright, flowery fragrance and a fresh, lightsome flavour of summer green apples — a truly joyful tea.
Tasting notes:
The wet leaves are incredibly green, the buds have a nice white colour.
The green apple and ginseng are the main fragrances. In taste milky spinach, sweet apple candy and a light breeze of mint.
Preparing Instructions:
Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 250ml.
Water temperature: 80ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 20-30…seconds
