White bud tea, from one of Yunnan’s northernmost puer area, the Big Snowy Mountain, Da Xue Shan (大雪山).
Scent of wildflowers and linden blossom.
Round, full-bodied brew, stays in the mouth for a long time. Beeswax, apple, marigold. Later on the floral notes turn into fresh green. Deeply calming. Great tea.
Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 150 ml.
Water temperature: 85-90ºC. From fresh, spring water or filtered water.
Brewing time: 10-15 seconds
