Himalayan Jade is a fresh, first-flush white tea from the Jun Chiyabari tea garden.

Its soft, mellow and bread-like taste profile is nicely combined with a light, yet spicy smokiness. With its large buds and fine, young leaves, it is a tea of exceptional aesthetic qualities. It has a kind warming effect and a very long and round aftertaste, which gradually sweetens.

Every Nepali tea we have originates from the organic Jun Chiyabari tea garden, located in the Himalayas around 1800 meters above sea level. Due to this clear-out area in every tea there lies a deep elation.

Cold brew:
8-9 grams of the leaves to 1 liter of cold water, infuse for 6-7 hours in the fridge. Enjoy.

Water temperature: 85ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water or filtered water
