Mao Feng (毛峰) is one of the most well-known Chinese green tea. It’s traditionally plucked in the Yellow Mountains (黄山, Huang Shan) located in Anhui province, East-China.
It is an especially lightsome tea, full of fresh, vitalising greenness. Its flavour reminds of fresh bread and chestnut which later turns into sweet aftertaste. A perfect tea for start the day with: when drinking, the body feels calm, and ready.
Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 350ml.
Water temperature: 80ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
