Using the traditional drying method of the Hungarian countryside, we put local dried fruits, pear, plum, sour cherry, nectarine chopped and mixed with elder flower into this blend. It is sweet and sour.
After infusing you’ll get some stewed fruit, ready to eat. Even dry, you can snack on it, or use it as a topping.
It has no added sugar or preservatives.
Quantity: 15 gramm per 400ml
Water temperature: 95ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water or filtered water
Brewing time: 3-5… minutes, move around and press a little to boost the intensity of the falvors.
