Our tasting notes:
Opens with the fragrance of nettle and celery, with restrained herbal, dried flowers. Notes of apple, chamomile with a refreshing tartness. Its acids are strikingly beautiful. Leave the croissant soaked in milk for a little longer when baked in the oven. It has good proportions and structure. A dynamic white, it has a recovering effect along with a calm feel.

The reason for pressing into a square shape is twofold in this case, the tea leaves ripen more slowly in this pressed form. And a size of 5 grams is just the right amount of tea to make. In addition the beautiful leaves provide a very great visual experience. A good balanced tea in the white category.

Quantity: one piece, 5 gramm per 180ml
Water temperature: 85ºC. From fresh spring, mineral water or filtered water
Brewing time: 20-30… seconds
Infusions: 5-6
