Description
Wuyi Red might be the kindest of our teas — it feels as though it was embracing you. The cocoa-, and freshly baked brioche-like flavours reappear in the tea’s taste. With its relatively low caffeine content it gives a gentle momentum and nicely warms you up.
The Wuyi Mountains is situated in Fujian Province, China. With it’s more than a thousand-year-old history of tea cultivation, and approximate 200 different subgene of the tea plant, Camelia sinensis, the area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
