Description
Youle is one of the old Six famous Puerh mountains, in fact, maybe the first one. The tea trees growing in the wild tropical rainforest, 1400-1600 meters above sea level.
The leaves have a pinky and yellowy shade with the smell of honey, acacia, and some woodiness. It starts with smooth tastes, a bit of sourness which later switches to sweet notes, like a tulip, and golden apple. It has a long aftertaste. When we drink this tea, we feel, like we would lay on a sunny, flowery meadow in full calmness.
Preparing Instructions:
Quantity: 5-6 grams per 150 ml
Water temperature: 85ºC. From fresh, cold spring water or filtered water
Brewing time: 3-5-7…seconds
