Yue Guang Bai (月光白, moonlight white) is a special white tea from the Menghai area in Yunnan Province. During the drying process the tiny leaves curve into moon shapes, hence the name. Harvested earlier than usual, the tea is full of small silver buds. An especially lightsome tea with fresh, mildly sweet, apple taste; its fragrance evokes spring-time fields.
