福鼎 福建 – Fuding

An aged white tea made coming from Fuding, the coasts of East China Sea. Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹, white peony) is a general term for white teas consisting both fresh, silver buds, and more mature, dark-green leaves.
It is interesting to know that this tea has been slowly ageing for 7 years now, resulting in fascinating features: It has a pleasant, low-key fragrance and a mellow flavour of sweet apples — a calm and relaxed tea.
