Description
Grown at 1400m on Shan Lin Xi. The Qing Xin varietal brings complexity to the tea, with aromatic green notes. Not too harsh, not too mild this is a well-balanced tea for the day, warming and vitalizing.
Tasting notes:
Steamed gaiwan: sweet, cinnamon bun, gingerbread
Tastes, feeling: Amazing honey-like tastes with full-bodied yellow flowers notes. Really nice Qing Xin flavors, aromatic green notes, complexity. This tea could quiet down us immediately. The Cha Qi of that is amazing, like the waving ocean.
