HSP, or Himalayan Spring is a very fresh, flowery lightly oxidized first-flush black tea from the Himalayas.
Its taste profile is characterized by fresh and crisp notes of green, flowery ands roasted nuts, also a smooth IPA-like spiciness. It has a kind, buttery texture and the mesmerising fragrance of freshly-baked bread. Nice and long tea, with a refined, sweet finish.
Every Nepali tea we have originates from the organic Jun Chiyabari tea garden, located in the Himalayas around 1800 meters above sea level. Due to this clear-out area, in every tea there lies a deep elation.
