Tuo cha teas are named after their nest like shape, tuo means nest and cha means tea in Chinese. Let these 100 and 200 gram forms steam a little to unfold, before use.

Preparing Instructions:

Quantity: 5-6 gramm per 150 ml
Water temperature: 95ºC. From fresh, cold spring water or filtered water
Brewing time: 3-3-5-7…seconds
Infusions: 12-15
