Description
Sai Hong (曬紅, sun-dried red) is a quality Chinese black tea, dried under the sun, mostly coming from Yunnan province, China. Due to its special drying method, the tea can be stored for a longer period of time than an average black tea; it also has a characteristic freshness. This Sai Hong is a round and pleasant tea with a mild smokiness that later fades away. The soft, bread-, and nut-like notes appear both in flavour and fragrance. Long, meaningful tea.
