An exquisite white tea made of buds, coming from Fuding, the coasts of East China Sea.
Once it was the tea only served for the Emperor, due to its delicate and labor-intensive processing.

Harvested early Spring in 2016, 800 meters above sea level, from 90 years old tea bushes.
Calm, refined, delicate tea with notes of peach.

Preparing Instructions:

Quantity: 4-5 gramm per 350ml.
Water temperature: 85ºC. From fresh spring water or filtered water.
