Hubei Mountain Black is a Spring-harvest black tea from old bushes.
Long and complex tea, with a round body, silky texture and strong fieriness. Its taste profile is defined by a mild smokiness and a nice mixture of honey and dark chocolate. Its finish is characterised by smooth notes of toffee. Its amber-coloured liqueur and the tiny leaves and small buds all contribute to the superb refinedness of this tea.
Our Hubei teas are all coming from an area, which has been deserted for decades. The bushes are living amongst the hills, far away from the cities. As a result, they have not seen any pesticides for the past few decades and so they are growing entirely naturally.
